This Blog is dedicated to showcasing the work of students that take part in the 2009 Nature Consortium Photo Explorations class. Students are from the Rainer Vista neighborhood in Seattle. We get together talk about photography, take photos and have fun. Enjoy the wonderful work of these young artists.

The Nature Consortium is a grassroots, community-based organization whose mission is to teach environmental lessons through the creative arts and hands-on conservation projects. They produce a Youth Art Program, an Urban Forest Restoration Project and the Arts~in~Nature Festival.

I think it would be fun to come see a photo shoot- maybe someday soon?
Many of the people you see are kids in the class, some of the others are friends and people we meet in the neighborhood.
